What this (really) means?
Under his role, he works with various project files of the organization, contributes to EU and Industry-funded projects, and establishes good working relations with key stakeholders.
George graduated from the Department of Computer Science as Software Engineer from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, and he holds a Ph.D degree from University of City, London, United Kingdom. His main scientific interests, as depicted in his research were focused on how to assist physicians, with modern sophisticate tools and clinical decision support systems.
Serving in Health Sector use of technology, to facilitate the practice of evidence – based medicine promises to substantially improve health care quality and develop clinical processes. Looking forward, further attempts could prove quite beneficial to the literature is the idea that requires modern technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, particularly deep learning, have demonstrated remarkable progress in image-recognition tasks.
Why cancer?
Because, as a cancer has become a leading cause of death worldwide, I strongly believe that supporting cancer patients, caregivers providing valuable input and improvement of individualized healthcare. Given this broader experience, I can see myself contribute on how to improve treatment pathways, quality standards in-patient survival and a quality of life for cancer and other chronic diseases.
