The ECPC Community has just been reinforced by two new full members. We are excited to welcome East Galway & Midlands Cancer Support and Slainte an Chlair Clare Cancer Support. Both organisations are from Ireland and represent outstanding enthusiasm and proactivity within ECPC family.
East Galway & Midlands Cancer Support is an advocacy and support group with its daily work focused on meeting the needs of patients with all kinds of cancer. The organisation is dedicated to providing practical, emotional, educational and social support to people affected by cancer, as well as their families and friends. They achieve their goal by offering numerous services, talks, conferences and complimentary therapies which are always free of charge and led by passionate people who volunteer their time, professional skills and positive energy.

Slainte an Chlair Clare Cancer Support is a non-profit organisation whichaims athelping people to access information on all aspects of cancer, including diagnosis, treatment and post-treatment care. The association provides practical support, such as 24-hour telephone help line, counselling sessions to patients and family members, advice on diet and nutrition or travel services. The main goal of the association is to create relaxed friendly environment, where people affected by cancer can discuss their needs and concerns confidentially.
