How can Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan help tackle women’s cancers?

Dear members,

ECPC is organizing together with GSK and ENGAGe the webinar “How can Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan help tackle women’s cancers?” . It will take place online on Thursday, 6th of May from 10:00 to 11:30 CET, you can register for the event via this link.

Cancer is the second leading cause of mortality in Europe and one of the main health priorities for the European Commission. As we enter the crucial phase of implementing Europe’s Beating Cancer Plan, there is optimism that by working together, we can make a difference for a better tomorrow.

The event will gather European policymakers, patient organisations and industry to share ideas and discuss solutions to improve outcomes in women’s cancers and help make the EU’s ambitions set out in the Beating Cancer Plan a reality. Speakers include Stella Kyriakides, European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety, Romana Jerkovic, Member of the European Parliament, and representatives from the European Cancer Patients Coalition (ECPC), the European Network of Gynaecological Cancer Advocacy Groups (ENGAGe) and GSK.

We look forward to e-meeting you!
