European Cancer Patient Coalition (ECPC) launched the survey Mapping EU Member States’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic and cancer’ to monitor the experience of cancer patients, cancer survivors or cancer carers from all parts of the EU. Please participate to tell us about your experience!

The survey is available in all EU languages. By clicking here, you will go directly to the survey where you can select your preferred language at the top right corner of your screen (see image below):

What is the survey for?

Essentially, we would like to map the effect COVID-19 has had on cancer patients and their treatment across Europe. This information will give us an in-depth and wide-reaching view of how cancer patients have been affected during this pandemic and allow us to continue to help support the lives of cancer patients during unprecedented times such as the current pandemic. In turn, with this information, we can:

  • confront policy-makers and call for quality and equal access to treatment for cancer patients in all countries under all circumstances.
  • see how disrupted healthcare correlates with deteriorated treatment outcomes and increased death incidence in the coming year.
  • predict/identify new advocacy, policy and research topics.
The information you entrust to us will be treated in a strictly confidential manner: it will be analyzed statistically and your anonymity will be fully respected.

How long does it take?

The survey will take 15 minutes to complete.

I have filled in the survey, how can I help further?

Thank you for completing the survey! You can help us disseminate this further by sharing the survey on social media or retweeting our survey posts on Twitter. Please also share among your friends and relatives, we are looking for a broad range of cancer patients undergoing treatment during COVID-19, so the more people we reach the better. You are encouraged to choose your language from the available translations on the drop down menu on the right side of the screen and disseminate the survey in your preferred language.

If you have any questions, please contact: paulina.gono@ecpc.org

We would like to thank you in advance for your participation and dissemination and we look forward to your responses.
