Ordinary General Assembly will take place on Saturday, 27th November 2021
European Cancer Patient Coalition (ECPC) Members must register to participate to the General Assembly and cast their votes.
All registrations must be done by Friday 19th November 2021, midday CET to allow us to verify your membership status.

- ECPC Proxy: to be completed only if you cannot attend the General Assembly and wish another Member to vote on your behalf. This form must be submitted by email.
Members are reminded that the General Assembly proceedings are private and limited to members of the Association. Instructions on access to the ‘live’ General Assembly proceedings should therefore not be provided to anyone who is not a member of ECPC or who is not authorised to attend the General Assembly.
Recording of the ‘live’ webcast of the General Assembly proceedings in whatever form is strictly prohibited.
