Within the framework of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Cancer Control, ECPC was asked to provide its position on palliative care, with the aim of informing the European Commission of the principal needs of European cancer patients.

ECPC consulted its vast Membership which replied with interest. The comments and contributions received from ECPC Members were merged into a position paper.
