European Prostate Cancer Awareness Day 2016

On behalf of Ken Mastris, Chairman Europa Uomo, and Günter Feick, chair Program Committee EPAD, we kindly invite everyone to the European Prostate Cancer Awareness Day (EPAD) 2016 on October 1, 2016 in Krakow.
On Friday, September 30, 2016 the Polish Urological Association organises a scientific meeting ‘KultURO Festival’. The English part of this conference will start at 15:30 PM and can be attended if interested.
Each participant will need to send his candidature to the EUomo secretariat by filling in a registration form. After the Board has approved your registration, you will receive a confirmation. Registration deadline: 12th September 2016.
For each approved participants we will have a € 400,00 congress grant available to support flight/train/car expenses (incl. transfers from/to the airport as this will not be organised by EUomo and 1 or 2 nights in hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miastro (reserved by EUomo). Expenses will be reimbursed through the submission of a reimbursement form after the meeting (with a maximum of € 400,00). Please keep all expense receipts (originals) for later reimbursement submission. Expenses made without documents submitted or explanation will be deducted from reimbursement.
