Team ECPC runs in 2015 to raise awareness of head and neck cancer.
Since 2012 the “Make Sense Campaign” has been the cornerstone advocacy initiative in Europe to raise awareness on head and neck cancer. Now we want to move the initiative to the next level and we need your help!
Last May our team of runners helped us collecting enough funds to produce a testimonial clip describing the story of the Spanish mezzosoprano Carmen de Lucas affected by mouth cancer. The video is in the making and we will present it early September.
Our mission is, however, not over! Please help us to raise funds to produce the next clip, featuring a choir formed by laryngectomees (those who have had their larynx removed because of head and neck cancer).
Here’s how:
- Register on the ColorRun website (click here);
- Let us know that you will run for us! Write to francesco.florindi@ecpc.org/ and help us raise awareness on head and neck cancer! Tell your friends and family about the “Make Sense Campaign” and ask them to join us! Useful information about the campaign can also be found on the website http://makesensecampaign.eu/
- Donate to the cause through PayPal (click on banner at the bottom);
- Enjoy the happiest 5k in Belgium with ECPC!
Do you have any doubt about how fun the ColorRun can be? Do not take our word for it, but read Giorgios impressions from last year ColorRun clicking here!
