What it really means: Responsible for managing and overseeing ECPC’s day-to-day administrative processes including finance, HR and overall office administration to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
Background: Monica holds a degree in Business Management and Administration and a BA in Modern Languages and she has over 15 years of relevant experience in operations management of the office, covering all activities related to financial management, accounting policies and HR procedures from payroll to staff development as well as office administration. Prior to joining ECPC, Monica served as Head of Finance and HR for an organization within the environmental sector.
Why cancer? My father lost his very aggressive battle with cancer 19 years ago. Hence my interest is personal and I am extremely proud to work for such an organisation.
