As a new Board member I am very interested in making an impact throughout the EU for cancer patient’s rights, quality of life and treatments. I hope I can bring some of the national experiences to the table and hope see things fully change for the better.
Before entering various board positions in different patient organizations nationally I held several high level management positions within the international shipping and logistics industry.
I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2013. My experiences as a patient led me to try to influence the way things could be done better. And thus I joined the patient advocacy work. I have held several board positions in different national patient organizations.
